We are so sad to say that, due to the 2018 Christmas tree shortage, our supplier was unable to secure us trees for this season and we will be closed.
Who We Are.
We are a local Mt. Pleasant, SC family and believe that Christmas is the season for giving. Our Christmas Tree lot is a family tradition that started in 2014. We have “day-jobs” and started BOGO Christmas Trees to help local families in need during the holiday season. We are able to keep our prices competitive with local lots while still being able to donate tree-fo-tree and ham-for-tree.
We have spent dozens of hours sourcing the highest quality Fraser Firs from North Carolina to provide the greater Charleston area with fresh-cut, top-quality trees. These trees are hand-picked and are the prettiest Grade A Fraser Fir Christmas Trees in Charleston.
What We Do.
We don’t believe that having a Christmas tree should be a financial burden. For every tree that is purchased from our BOGO Christmas Tree lot in Mt. Pleasant, we will donate a fresh-cut Fraser Fir to a local family in need in Charleston.
New for 2017* After we donate our first 100 trees, we will begin donating family-sized Holiday Hams (of equal value) to qualifying families in the Tri-County Area.
How We Do It.
In the past two seasons, BOGO Christmas Tree Lot has donated over 275 fresh-cut Fraser Firs to families throughout the Tri-county area. This year, we will partner with Operation Fir, an East Cooper Community Outreach (ECCO) initiative, to deliver over a hundred real trees and new decorating kits to qualifying families in Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester Counties. We will donate over 100 fresh-cut trees and then begin donating family-size Holiday Hams (of equal value) to ECCO’s holiday meal program.
Past Donations Events
We have hosted and been a part of several donation events around Charleston County and worked with nonprofits, Communities in Schools of Charleston and Operation Fir. We have donated fresh-cut trees to hundreds of local families through East Cooper Community Outreach and Angel Oak Elementary and plan to continue our reach, season after season.
Our Prices
We offer competitive prices and the best quality Fraser Firs. Each tree is hand-selected Grade A trees. We pick them up in North Carolina ourselves (family road trip!) and price them by their height.
